John’s Motors was founded in 1963 by Ilijah Johan Milicevic – known as ‘John’ to his friends and still came into work every today up until he was 90 years old! John ran garages at both Letts Road and Commercial Street in Northampton before settling in Fosters Booth.
The garage is now run by his son Jonathan, with his right hand mechanic Will as well as Jon’s partner Alison who keeps everything in order in the office.
Jonathan is a very successful historic racing driver, wining many races in his own developed cars. Jonathan has always prepared his own cars and dealt with any maintenance and he is well respected for his ability to tune sports cars.
